NOTES WHEN AEROBIC WORKS ARE INTERESTED:
Eating is the first thing on the list to note when doing aerobic exercise you should know. The effect of exercise will be pushed to the highest if you have a proper diet. Must abstain from sugar (sugars create fat), fat, not salty. When eating salty, will drink plenty of water, salt will retain water in the body causing weight gain. Do not eat after 8pm.
Drink from 0.5 to 1 liter of water before training about 30-60 minutes. Drinking lots of water helps to improve the efficiency of exercises 3 times. If you do not drink enough water, your body will become dehydrated and cause exercise exhaustion. Limit water intake during exercise because it will cause abdominal pain.
Should snack before 1-2 hours of practice with foods high in carbohydrates such as cakes, potatoes, fruits, ... If training in the morning, you should snack about 15-20 minutes before training.
